Eric Classen began his career as a Certified Public Accountant serving a regional client base in New England providing audit and tax services.
Regardless of how busy the workload, Eric would always stop what he was doing to provide career counseling to staff that had a vision of where they wanted to be in the future but didn't quite know how to get there.
Ten years ago, Eric made the move into the staffing industry and started at the bottom of an international, accounting and finance staffing firm to learn the business while leveraging the knowledge of the accounting industry.
After viewing thousands of resumes and struggling to understand why candidates applied for jobs they didn't appear to be qualified for, he came to the realization that the candidates were qualified but were not able to articulate it effectively on their resumes.
Over the last ten years of providing resume makeovers to thousands of candidates and documenting the process, patterns began to appear and a logical step-by-step method of transforming resumes emerged.
Eric’s mission and passion for helping people make the absolute best presentation of themselves when applying for a job is now the focus of individual training as well as a detailed guide to getting the job you want. Knowing how to craft and present your resume is the first step!

Prior to recruiting, Andrea managed multi-million dollar territories in the bio-tech community and gained recognition as a respected technical sales professional. She also was a key contributor to academic research at Washington University, University of California San Francisco and University of California San Diego.
Andrea has a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Saint Louis University.
