Your resume gets sorted into a batch electronically with the 300 other resumes that were submitted for the role.
Of the 300 resumes in the batch, those with largest number of unique keywords will be sorted to the top of the list.
Resumes that may be perfect for the role but fail to include keywords that align with the job description will be near the bottom and may never be seen.
Resumes have not been read yet but glanced at looking for headlines that grab attention based on relevance.
The top 15 or 20 resumes that get through this cursory screening are set aside to be read for the first time with the goal of producing a manageable batch to potentially interview.
From the original 300 applicants only five will be deemed worth talking to. If there are not enough candidates the original list will be reevaluated.
Your experience and potential fit for the role and for the team appears to be what they have imagined would fit best.
